Goods Return Policy

We don’t have any return policy but, if you receive an item that is broken or damaged, or in faulty condition, you have to inform Customer Service within 2 working days of receiving the shipment. There will be no refund on Items if informed after 2 Days of the receipt of the shipment. Please contact customer service at [email protected] or by phone at +91 9723544465 (M-F 10:00 AM-6:00 PM IST) and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.

  1. We accept returns of any damaged and faulty item/s purchased on www.aminesbiotech.com only within to 2 working days after the receipt of the shipment at your address.
  2. Merchandise must be in its original and unused condition. We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, Labels or stickers are missing.
  3. Allow us to refund your amount to your account after 7 working days of receipt of the complaint to Customer Service.
